visit to blood bank

below are the pictures i took when a group of sec. 3 students went for the blood bank visit on 27 august 2008, wednesday. i forgot to take the pictures of Jiaqi and Alexis doing the haemoglobin blood test.. where a drop of blood has to be added into a beaker of copper sulphate solution.. if it sinks in 5 seconds, it means the person is eligible for blood donation...

i forgot to take lots of pictures this time round actually.. so here are the only ones i have... enjoy still... haha..

this time round to blood bank was quite disappointing for me.. i had thought we'd be able to go to the labs to see the centrifuging process and separation of blood components.. well well, another time perhaps..
